What Is Your Return Policy?
If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Reimbursement will be issued once the return has been received undamaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless your product arrived damaged.
Damaged Returns:
1). Take a digital picture of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in.
2). Attach your photos to an email with your return reason and contact information.

4) Within 48hrs - 72hrs, further instructions will be e-mailed regarding your refund or replacement of your print.
Not Satisfied with Purchase:
1). Email us at brandenbergerfineart@gmail.com or text at 305-434-2139 with reason(s) why your purchase was not satisfactory.
2). Within 48hrs-72hrs, further instructions will be e-mailed regarding your refund or replacement with return address.
3). Shipping charges will not be refunded unless product arrived damaged.
4). Returned items should be shipped back to us in its original packaging via a trackable method. Directions as to where to return will be included in e-mail.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Most of my prints will take 5-7 business days to produce unless it is a special shipment such as a signed limited edition. Business days excludes Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. In addition, typically, it will take 7-10 business days for shipping. A tracking number will be issued to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs:
International shipping fees are not fixed and will vary depending on the destination, size, weight, and value of the artwork. This applies to both original pieces and prints. Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated after your order is placed, and a separate invoice will be sent for approval prior to shipment. -
Customs Duties & VAT:
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and VAT (Value-Added Tax) imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. -

Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing times. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

What Is The Difference Between A Signed Limited Edition And An Unsigned Print?
A signed limited edition print is a copy of an original piece of art that is printed in a limited number. The limited edition will be signed and certified by the artist, in this case me, as a high quality print. I will sign each copy of the print and number them. The value of the signed limited edition will exceed that of an artist’s print. However, the value of the original painting will exceed that of a signed limited edition. The prints are limited as the artist only releases a specific number of the signed prints. So you will see a number on the print itself like 105/150. That means this is a signed limited edition print, number 105 of 150.
An unsigned print is simply a copy of the original which shows the copy of the artist’s signature but it will not be resigned by the artist, in this case me.
